Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 or equivalent (Grade 12 advantageous)
- Ability to read, write and follow safety instructions
- Physically fit to perform manual labour
- Previous experience in mining or industrial environments will be an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
